Job Description

Position Summary. The Salesforce Administrators primary job duties are to provide FineMarks associates with support related to Salesforce, maintain the current organizational configuration, and work with stakeholders to implement new and improved processes to the system. The Salesforce Administrator works closely with other members of FineMarks IT team and plays an essential role in the daily monitoring and maintenance of Salesforce and other data systems. In addition to Salesforce responsibilities, the Salesforce Administrator will also have other related responsibilities, such as monitoring and maintenance of other systems, including DocuSign, document imaging, and API middleware data flow between systems.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Supports user base with day-to-day troubleshooting requests.
  • Monitors and ensures data integrity through reports and dashboards.
  • Imports, updates, manages and cleans the data in Salesforce.
  • Manages user profiles and permissions based on their roles.
  • Coordinates communication and data flow between various systems.
  • Understanding of Salesforce platform customization and automation.
  • Evaluates third-party integrations and how they will impact overall system performance.
  • Performs proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Checks, and Optimizations.
  • Ability to stay current with Salesforce updates and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Communicates regularly with business stakeholders and leadership.
  • Designs and manages solutions to business problems or objectives.
  • User Training and Adoption.
  • Creates technical documentation and user training documentation as needed.
  • Regular attendance at the FineMark location designated in this job description, during regular business hours, or assigned hours for the position, is required.

Required Education, Skills, and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree with a minimum of 3 years experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  • Knowledge of various declarative Salesforce features, including Flows, Workflow Rules, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes.
  • Strong project management skills with experience in system implementation projects.
  • Solid governance and technical documentation history.
  • Exceptional written/oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to perform as a team player and work independently but collaboratively, and with minimal supervision.
  • Initiative-taking, self-starter with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and retention skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with DocuSign ESignature, DocuSign CLM, SpringCM, or similar.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel user.

Preferred Education, Skills, and Experience:

  • Knowledge of Apex or other C-family programming language.
  • Knowledge of SOQL or other query language.
  • Basic knowledge of data architecture and application architecture concepts.
  • Familiarity with Pardot/Account Engagement or similar email marketing platforms.
  • Knowledge of basic information security concepts.

Some distance vision and color vision may be necessary.
Environmental Conditions. A person is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions and only exposed to moderate noise; they may occasionally work near moving mechanical parts or machinery such as a copier/printer.
