Maintenance Technician Hiring for 1st and 2nd Shift! Full-Time 7:30AM - 4PM or 3PM- 11PM flexible Trades specific experience required! Skilled position responsible for the full scope of equipment maintenance across the campus including: day to day repairs, preventative maintenance, and planned projects. Position works collaboratively with colleagues and contractors. We are seeking a very special candidate for this important role! Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform routine general maintenance tasks
• Work closely with team members and residents to handle concerns as requested
• Diagnose and assess multiple types of maintenance needs including complex problems/failures
• Work independently with limited supervision
• Work under pressure, in confined spaces; in wet environments and with electrical equipment and circuits, in any combination
• Read and interpret blueprints

Minimum Qualifications:

• COVID-19 vaccination or medical/religious exemption required
• High School diploma or GED
• Proven experience as maintenance technician
• Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
• Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
